SC Toronto Refund Policy and Procedures

While we had hoped that we would be able to run the Outdoor House League season, it is now apparent that we will not be able to do so as a result of COVID-19. The pandemic has put the Club in a very precarious position. In addition, certain costs have been committed to and in many cases paid for the 2020 Outdoor season.

In order for the club to continue to offer soccer programming in our community next season we must retain some revenue, a $50 fee will be deducted from all refunds.

The refund request form must be accompanied by the original yellow registration form that we provided at time of registration and the original transaction slip.  This form and the yellow copies can be dropped off at our clubhouse anytime through the mail-slot.  Once we receive this, we will start processing your refund.

We have updated the refund process the following options are offered:

Option 1 – Credit. Your child will be automatically registered for next summer season.

Option 2 – Refund, a refund less $50 will be processed

Option 3 – Donation- No credit or refund – essentially a donation to help the Club through this difficult time (we cannot issue donation receipts as we are not a registered charity).

As a not for profit, volunteer-based organization, we appreciate your support through this difficult time and look forward to welcoming you back when it is safe to do so. To continue to operate as we have in the past, we are counting on our community, suppliers, members, and other stake holders to help us through this crisis.
