Why I Coach:

I coach to develop players and help them reach their full potential, both on and off the field. Winning and high standards are important to me, but they go hand in hand with building character, discipline, and a strong team culture.

Football gives me the opportunity to teach, compete, and continuously learn a game I am passionate about, while helping players grow as both athletes and individuals. 

Favourite Pre-Game Meal: If I am coaching the game, slow roasted lamb or brisket. If I am playing, chipotle or something lighter protein and carbs.
