Information Use
When you decide to register for any SC Toronto program, SC Toronto will use your information to process your registration. We will send you an email to confirm your registration, and we may contact you via phone or email if we have questions.
Registration information is used to enable SC Toronto to better communicate with its members. Upon registration, you will be automatically subscribed to receive communications about SC Toronto and its programs.
Websites
SC Toronto’s website may contain links to other sites. SC Toronto does not screen such other sites, and is not responsible for the privacy practices reflected therein. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our websites, and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects your personal information. This ‘Consent for Use of Personal Information’ statement applies solely to information collected by SC Toronto and its websites.
Consent

■ You agree and consent that we may collect, use and disclose your personal information, and that belonging to any minor for whom you are responsible, for the purposes described in this statement;
■ You agree and consent that we may share your personal information with the Canadian Soccer Association, Ontario Soccer, and District Associations, and you authorize these organizations to use your personal information for the purpose of receiving communications from them;
■ You are authorized to provide us with your personal information, and that belonging to any minor for whom you are responsible. Should you choose not to provide us with required personal information, we may not be able to provide certain programs or services; and
■ You acknowledge and consent that SC Toronto may retain service providers to perform certain services and that in the event that a service provider is located in the United States or another jurisdiction, personal information may be processed and stored in that jurisdiction, and that foreign courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of personal information through the laws of those jurisdictions.
■ You have the right to withdraw your consent for SC Toronto to process personal information; however, this may limit our ability to provide certain programs or services. SC Toronto will collect explicit consent from you prior to using or disclosing personal information for any new purpose.
